Information we collect
When you subscribe to the Kangaroo Nation newsletter, we store your email address, subscription status, confirmation time and delivery history. We also store a one-way hash of the signup IP address for basic abuse prevention. Subscriber records are stored in a protected folder outside the public website.
How we use newsletter information
We use subscriber information only to confirm the request, send Kangaroo Nation news emails, prevent abuse and honour unsubscribe requests. We do not sell the subscriber list. Every digest includes a personal unsubscribe link, and unconfirmed addresses do not receive news emails.
After unsubscribing, a limited suppression record may be retained so that the address is not accidentally added back or contacted again. You can request deletion by contacting us.
Advertising and analytics
If advertising or analytics services are added, this policy will be updated before they are activated. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show, measure and limit advertisements. Visitors will be given any consent choices required by applicable law.
